Terms of Service

The service
Unposted helps you run your own job search; Unposted for Agencies helps recruiting agencies market their candidates. In both, the software researches, drafts, sequences, and tracks — and outreach goes out from accounts you own, under your name. You are the sender and are responsible for what you send.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and using the service for professional purposes. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself and give us accurate account information; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Your content
Your resume, thesis, candidate data, and drafts are yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process them to provide the service, and you confirm you have the right to the material you upload — including, for recruiters, the right to use the candidate information you bring to your desk. Drafts are grounded in the material you provide; verify claims before sending.
Acceptable use
No spam, no misrepresentation or impersonation, no contacting people who have asked not to be contacted (the product enforces opt-outs automatically), no scraping or reselling the service, and no use that violates the law. We may suspend accounts for abuse.
Connected accounts and third-party platforms
Outreach is sent from accounts you connect and own. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you connect (including your email provider and LinkedIn); automated activity can carry restrictions on those platforms, and while we pace and cap sending to stay well inside conservative limits, the accounts and their standing remain yours. Recruiters are additionally responsible for complying with laws that apply to commercial outreach in their jurisdiction (such as CAN-SPAM), including accurate sender identification.
AI-assisted drafts
Drafts are generated with AI from material you provide, and can be imperfect. Every message waits for your review, and you are the sender: verify claims before approving. Nothing in the service is legal, financial, or career advice.
Billing
Paid plans bill monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Lapsed payment suspends access; your data is retained for 90 days and exportable on request. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, applying from your next billing period.
Our property
The software, models, prompts, and branding are ours; these terms give you a subscription to use the service, not a license to the underlying technology. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, the retention and export rules above apply.
No guarantees; limitation of liability
We don't guarantee interviews, offers, replies, or placements. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnity
If a third party brings a claim against us because of content you sent or uploaded, or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover the resulting costs.
Disputes
We want to hear from you first: eric.hawthorne@g2advisors.io. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong to the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes; the rest
If we materially change these terms, we will update the date above and notify you by email; continued use after the effective date is acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stand. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us; you may not assign them without our consent.
